Shahjahanpur district is one of the historical districts of Uttar Pradesh & part of Bareilly division. Earlier part of the Bareilly District, It was established in 1813 by the British Government.  As per census 2011, Shahjahanpur district population is 3,006,538 (30 Lakhs) of which 1,606,403 are males and 1,400,135 are females.
