Party wise MLA in HP Vidhan Sabha (2017-2022)

Bharatiya Janta Party is the largest Party & has 43 MLAs in the Himachal Pradesh Vidhan Sabha. Indian National Congress has 19 MLAs. Indepedent has won 2 seats & 1 by CPI(M). 

Himachal Pradesh 2021 Assembly by-elections

As three assembly seats are vacant, by-polls are held on 30th oct 2021.  The Congress wins all three Assembly seats in Himachal Pradesh that went to by-polls on October 30th 2021, taking it tally to 22.

Congress candidate Sanjay Awasthy wins the Arki assembly against BJP’s Rattan Pal. In Fatehpur, Bhawani Singh Pathania won the seat against the BJP. In Jubbal-Kotkhai, Rohit Thakur won against Independent candidate Chetan Singh Bragta and BJP’s Neelam Seraik.

Who's Who of 13th Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh

The present 13th Legislative Assembly was constituted in March 2017. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) formed the government with Jai Ram Thakur, taking oath as Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh.
