Nagaland Population by Religion 2021

Nagaland is the fifth most populous North Eastern state of India and has a predominantly Christian population. At the census 2011, out of 20 lakhs population, around 17.40 lakhs (87.93%) have returned themselves as followers of Christianity, 1.73 Lakhs (8.75%) as Hindus and 49 thousand (2.47%) as Muslims. In addition 0.12% Stated as no religion & 0.73% are other religions.
